Our Ovation awardee for March is Tina Gray, a senior Psychology major working in the Department of Geosciences. As her nominations say, "Tina is a major contributor in the operation of the Geosciences Departmental office. She has been with us for 2 years now and we don't know what we would do without her. She is a quiet bulldozer that manages the mountain of paperwork that is set upon her desk each day without complaint. Her reliability and promptness in completing tasks makes her the go-to person for many jobs that the professors and staff couldn't complete without her assistance. She quickly learns new job duties and maintains a professional attitude even when others around her are running in crisis mode. She can be counted on to ask what needs to be done and how she can help with even the most mundane of tasks. The office would not be able to offer the services it does for the faculty without Tina. It is comforting to know that she is coming in each day to help with the many jobs at hand...

"She is a constant in a highly unpredictable office environment. Whatever she is asked to do, she does immediately, efficiently, correctly and with a smile... Together (she showing me the way) we have produced some magnificent handouts for my classes in mineralogy and petrology. She is by far the best and most knowledgeable helper that I have had in a long, long time...
