| October 15, 2007 | Preliminary list of likely recommendations for promotion and tenure or promotion only due in the Dean's Office. |
| October 22, 2007 | Preliminary list of likely recommendations for promotion to Professor of Practice due in Dean's Office. |
| November 26, 2007 | Recommendations for tenure and promotion to Associate Professor due in the Dean's Office. |
| January 14, 2008 | Recommendations for promotion to Full Professor, non-tenure track promotions and any other promotions without tenure due in the Dean's Office. |
| January 31, 2008 | Recommendations for promotion to Professor of Practice due in the Dean's Office. |
Recommendations submitted to the Dean's Office for promotion or promotion and tenure should include the entire original files and two additional copies of the administrative and candidate sections
