Faculty Reappointment Schedule 2007-2008

NOTE: The due dates for recommendations are based on years at UNL while the fourth year review is based on one’s tenure clock, that is, the cumulative number of years credited for progress towards tenure. The "Date of Initial Appointment/Years at UNL" and the "Tenure Clock Years" coincide only when the faculty member's initial appointment is the first year of their "Specific-term" (tenure leading) appointment here at UNL. Exceptions arise when 1) a new faculty member is awarded tenure credit for previous experience, 2) a new faculty member, upon beginning their employment here, has not completed the terminal degree and is placed on a "Special" (non-tenure leading) appointment rather than a "Specific Term" appointment, or 3) when there is a tenure clock interruption.
